Currently under construction, the project consists of converting a two-story atrium into two conference / meeting rooms. The existing drywall is being demolished and the existing structural steel will be reinforced. New structural steel framing and decking will be added along with a new concrete deck, new walls and all associated MEP work. Construction is being performed in an occupied building requiring close coordination with owner to allow use of the rest of the facility.
