This 14,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement in an existing building involves new partition walls, retrofitting existing raised floor, and new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The space is used as office and clinical space for the Hamilton County Public Health Services. Several areas required specialized HVAC systems for infectious disease clinics. A new entrance vestibule and doors were added to the second floor walk-out to the parking structure.
